Refund & Returns Policy

At Or-lenta, we create and deliver digital products including custom beats, exclusive and non-exclusive instrumentals, sound design services, mixing, mastering, and arrangement work. All products are delivered in non-physical form (WAV/MP3, stem bundles, project exports, voice tags, etc.) and are considered successfully received once the files have been sent to the email provided at checkout or delivered through a private download link. Because digital products cannot be “returned” the way physical goods can, refunds are not issued automatically, but may be considered under certain circumstances where quality, delivery, or technical conditions justify it. We strive to maintain a transparent, fair, and respectful workflow with every artist and guarantee professional service outcomes when the technical brief is clear and agreed.

Refunds may be issued only in clear and verifiable cases, including:
• The order was paid for but the finished product was never delivered and communication attempts were unanswered for a reasonable period of time.
• The final result does not match the specifications of the original technical brief (genre, BPM, references, ownership terms, arrangement type) and the difference is significant, documented, and not the result of later changes requested by the client.
• A double or duplicate payment occurred due to banking error or accidental repeated checkout and proof of duplication can be confirmed.
• Delivery files were corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical error on our side, and no alternative method of delivery was provided within a reasonable timeframe.
• The client requested cancellation before production, composition, arrangement or editing work began and no files were delivered — in this case a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the stage.

Refund cannot be granted in situations where production work has already been completed, exported, and shared with the client, including:
• The buyer decides they no longer want the beat/service after it has been created, delivered or downloaded.
• The final result fits the confirmed technical brief, but the client expected a different subjective creative outcome not stated in the original instructions.
• The client provided incomplete or unclear instructions, failed to respond with feedback, or paused communication, preventing normal progress of work.
• The client downloaded, used, released, performed, monetized or distributed the product, which automatically confirms acceptance and usage.
• Revisions were offered but refused by the customer even though issues could reasonably be solved through adjustments.

To avoid misunderstandings, we highly recommend customers provide detailed information before production begins — genre, mood, examples, tempo, lyrical themes, vocal references, emotional atmosphere, arrangement preference. We also encourage feedback during work-in-progress stages. In most cases, concerns can be resolved through updates and refinement rather than cancellation. We typically allow a number of revisions where requests remain consistent with the original direction of the project. If new creative direction is requested mid-process, additional fees may apply rather than refund eligibility.

Refund requests must be submitted via direct email with order ID, proof of payment, and a clear explanation of the situation. We review each case individually to determine whether it meets eligibility conditions. Additional clarifying questions may be required to evaluate the request. If a refund is approved, payment will be returned to the original method. Processing time depends on the banking institution but is typically completed within standard financial clearing periods.

When placing an order, the customer acknowledges that music production is a creative service requiring time, skill, labor, unique sound design, and personal involvement. Once a custom instrumental is produced, its value is realized regardless of whether the buyer later chooses to release it. By ordering through Or-lenta you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms above.
